Lindsay and Stephen both grew up vacationing on the coast. So, when it came to planning their beachside nuptials they chose WaterColor Inn & Resort to say “I do.” Since they were already planning their big day by the sea, they wanted their engagement shoot to capture some of their favorite spots along Florida’s 30A beaches. Photographer, Dear Wesleyann walked the couple through the beautiful streets of Alys Beach, took them on a tandem bike ride through Rosemary Beach, all with just enough time to catch the sunset.
From the bride: We started our shoot with Wesleyann walking through the streets of Alys beach. All of the white architecture and greenery made for such a beautiful backdrop. We found an outdoor seating area on the beach side and popped some bubbly — as it also happened to be my birthday! Wesleyann made it so easy for us to just be ourselves and have fun. Her pictures capture that joy perfectly.
Our next stop was in the town of Rosemary Beach, where Wesleyann somehow worked her magic to get a tandem bike for us to shoot on. It’s an understatement to say we had fun with that! We hurried down to the beach right as the sun was going down to take some sunset shots and we could not have asked for a more beautiful ending to the day.
