When event designer and planner Beth Helmstetter plans your wedding day, you know that it will be an unforgettable and stunning soirée. When Morgan and Chris came to Beth Helmstetter Events, they had a refined vision of their special day. They wanted a remarkable wedding that still felt intimate — as though they were simply having guests over to their home.
We fell in love this wedding’s elegant silk and burlap details, pewter accents and dreamy muslin cloth. Helmstetter writes, “For the ceremony, we had custom benches created and draped in white with silk and burlap pillows while the bride walked down the aisle to a pianist who played on a white baby grand. Cocktail hour was in a gorgeous lavender and rose garden of the venue, Villa Sevillano, with an oyster shucker, free-flowing champagne and an abundance of white blooms. For dinner, guests dined under a breathtaking custom structure which took 4 days to build. The structure featured gorgeous walnut wood flooring, a beautiful foyer into dinner, a wing with a men’s lounge and a floor to ceiling bar built just for the day. On the other side of the structure, we had a wing for the desserts and cheese station complete with a cushy lounge.” Simply put, it was a one-of-a-kind celebration!
