When we asked Sweets & Celebrations to help us pull off a nautical themed shower with some of our favorite items for summer, we couldn’t wait to see what they had in mind. Keep reading to find out how owner and event stylist, Hannah Matthew used our Beaded Outdoor Dinnerware for the table and created a fun dessert bar with mini cupcakes, fruit cups, French macarons and more.
Tie the menu into your theme. For this party Sweets & Celebrations started with mixed greens with Maryland crab cakes, followed by herb-encrusted white fish, roasted asparagus and potatoes.
Play with pattern and color. Bright coral dinnerware makes plates pop off a patterned runner.
Offer a little bit of everything. Bite site treats let guest choose more than one dessert without committing to one kind of sweet. Label each with paper that matches your menu cards.
Add height! Hannah used a cake stand and our Great White Tiered Stand on boxes to better display desserts.
