Quench your Summer thirst with this delicious libation! Spike this tart sipper with vodka to become the perfect cocktail to enjoy during a dinner party like our Lobster Bake Party.
Mint Limeade
Serves 2 cocktails
Ingredients
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (about 4-6 limes)
2 tablespoons of super refined sugar
1/4 cup vodka
Fresh mint leaves
Sparkling Water or Club Soda
Ice
Directions
1) Place all the ingredients, excluding the sparkling water, into a large pitcher or drink dispenser and stir until sugar has dissolved. Let sit for an hour in refrigerator until chilled and ready to serve.
2) Add ice to a cocktail glass and our 3/4 full. Add a splash of club soda if desired. Garnish with lime slice and a mint leave to serve!
