Amanda and Ben’s enchanting summertime engagement in Beacon Hill, a neighborhood of Boston, had us seeing stars — and red, white and blue! Just after their engagement, Ben and Amanda were given the opportunity to move to Boston from the Kansas City and jumped at the chance. While it was a drastic change from their previous Midwest environment, they felt like Boston was the perfect choice for our engagement photos because it depicted their new home and their exciting future together.
“We love the historic and charming architecture of Beacon Hill, Amanda explains. “The brownstone facades and cobblestone roads are truly one of a kind. We love that the photos have an Americana feel.”
The second location was Duxbury Beach, a favorite getaway for the couple. It’s only “45 minutes away from our apartment, you can actually drive out on the sand and park for the day. We love to take our sweet dogs, pack a picnic and get out of the city. It will always have a special place in our heart.”
