How to Set Up a DIY Lemonade Bar

Everyone loves classic Easter food — but sometimes it’s worth it to try something a little different. Erica Chan Coffman, expert entertainer and HonestlyYUM blogger, put a more modern spin on our favorite Easter dishes of lamb, peas and eggs with her renditions of lamb bolognese, pea shoot salad and deconstructed deviled eggs. See the full recipes here!

We loved Coffman’s delicious dishes — particularly her playful DIY lemonade bar, featuring our Mason Jar Drink Dispenser and Sculpted Bunny Stand. “I’ve been really into having my guests get involved in the drink and/or dinner prep,” she says. “Whether it’s setting up a DIY cocktail station so they can make their own drinks or creating a DIY pizza station where they can customize their own gourmet pizza. It’s so much fun!”

Coffman poured a big batch of lemonade in the drink dispenser and mixed up herbed simple syrups in smaller containers. Guests mix the syrups and lemonade together, customize their drink to taste exactly how they like and pour their personal concoctions into our Eclectic Pressed Glass Goblets.

Each syrup has a corresponding herb spring tied to it with twine. Coffman used lavender, rosemary, thyme, basil and mint — but you can use whatever flavors you want! We suggest using this easy recipe from Williams-Sonoma.
