Set against the pristine backdrop of Nantucket at the Nantucket Yacht Club, this beautiful East Coast wedding overflows with lush florals in white, pinks and a touch of green.
From Julie Almand at Soiree Floral: “A soft, lush, garden-inspired look in shades of green, pink and white was chosen to complement the bridesmaid’s blush dresses. For the ceremony, the church was dressed up in lush garden-inspired greenery along the railings and inside the church. The aisles were graced with Nantucket baskets filled six lush blooms — a nod to Nantucket traditions.”
“At the reception, the guests were greeted with an escort card display that doubled as favors created by Merrell’s mom. Guests entered cocktail hour with a spectacular view of the Nantucket harbor with drinks on the lawn and patio.”
“For the reception, the team at Soirée Floral designed three different looks for the tables with mixed elevated and low centerpieces. To keep the look clean and crisp while still evoking romance, silver mercury and clear glass candlelight filled the room with a soft glow. The lush centerpieces of hydrangea, amaryllis, roses, belles of Ireland, freesia, orchids, snapdragons and ranunculus filled the room with a nod to late summer. Various sized vases filled with floating candles made for a dramatic atmosphere for guests to dance the night away.”
