Kid-Friendly Cinco de Mayo Party with Effortless Chic

Our neighbor to the South, Mexico, has given us many things that have influenced our way of life.  From cuisine to language, Mexico has impacted and altered, for the better, how we live.  So with Cinco de Mayo around the corner, we paired up with uber blogger Jen of The Effortless Chic to create a bash with a twist – one that is child-friendly.  Thanks to Jen’s unique approach to entertaining and a rainy day (hey – it happens!) what was created was a beautiful mix of tried and true tradition, some on the fly thinking and of course fun!

Jen created a Cinco de Mayo indoor picnic complete with delicious food and a signature margarita cocktail.  We love the explosion of print, color and pattern that reminds us of good memories from our past Mexican excursions.

To see the full story, tips for execution and a delicious margarita recipe, head over to The Effortless Chic!  We promise you, Jen’s post has the three “Fs” for party success – family, food and fun!
