Have you made the resolution this year to eat healthier with your kids? Here are a few of our favorite veggie recipes that will make your goal easy to achieve.


We all know that potatoes are one of the easiest veggies to eat, but these healthy Twice Baked Potatoes from An Edible Mosaic are delightfully guilt-free. With a little faux cheddar (made of shredded carrots!) and few other veggies packed in, this tasty side will have you and your little ones asking for seconds.


Some veggies require just a little preparation to be delicious, and these kid-friendly Brussels Sprouts from Baby Center are a breeze to put together. Once the brussels sprouts are browned and tender, they become tasty little “salad balls” – perfect for even picky eaters.
