I am incredibly disappointed and furious over your business practices. Your website guaranteed delivery of the items I ordered by Easter, the 5th. Your confirmation of my order came via email on March 28th. On April 2nd, your “We’re so sorry, but we had to cancel your order because our inventory totals were off by 9 pieces”. This can’t be true because the items I ordered were to be personalized with my grandchildren’s name on them. So, my assumption that your email confirmation meant you were actually going to ship the items, was wrong. You waited for the day before they were due to arrive to inform me that you actually never had them. Shame on you all. You failed miserably at providing good business practices to your customers.
