Stylist and floral designer Juli Vaughn recalled one of her earliest Mother’s Day breakfast in bed attempts with her sister when styling this shoot. “We came up with the idea to serve my mom a breakfast consisting of old candy corn pieces smashed into dry toast,” says Vaughn. “In true mom fashion, she dutifully ate a few bites and declared she couldn’t eat another because she was so full!”
