3.              PROMOTION PERIOD:  The Contest begins at 9:00:01 pm PST on May 21, 2021 and ends at 11:59:59 pm PST on May 31, 2021 (“End Date”). 

4.              ELIGIBILITY:  The Contest is open only to residents of the 50 United States of America or the District of Columbia who are 18 years old or older at time of entry.
