Dorm Essentials Checklist

Planning your dorm room is SUPER fun, but can also be overwhelming! Don’t worry! We are here to help you out 🙂 We have compiled our list of must-have dorm essentials to take to college! SLEEP

What you need: mattress protector, mattress pad, feather bed, pillowcases + inserts, 2 twin XL sheet sets, duvet cover + insert, quilts or blanket, bed skirt and alarm clock.

STUDY

What you need: task lamps + light bulbs, in-bed reading light, wall calendar, waste basket + liners, surge protectors, ethernet cable, printer + ink cartridges, computer paper, laptop locking cable, backpack and school supplies.

SHOWER

What you need: towels + washcloths, shower caddy, makeup organizer, robe + slippers, shower shoes or flip flops, beauty appliances + tools, desktop mirror and laundry bags.

DECOR

What you need: pinboards, dry-erase boards, frames, favorite photos, wall art, throw pillows, rug and floor lamp + light bulbs.

STORAGE + CLOSET

What you need: hangers, over-the-door-mirror, under-bed bins, hanging closet organizer, shoe storage, rolling storage carts and a trunk.

LAUNDRY

What you need: laundry bags, detergent, bleach + fabric softener, dryer sheets, auto-shutoff iron + folding iron board, drying rack or clothespins.

LOUNGE

What you need: microwave plates bowls + cups, flatware, can opener, food storage, water bottle, water filter + pitcher.
