They can inspire people to look past their history, to forgive, and not be defined by a mold that someone gives them. This choice was beautiful, though you may not have even known. oh wow I love this colorful shoot! It’s just so full of joy and BRAVO on using a pibble dog! We love seeing educated people who do not judge anyone or anything by the negative stereotypes so many choose to believe. Way to go! Just FABULOUS.

I just want to thank Pottery Barn for picking up this Inspiration Shoot and posting it on your blog. Poli is my Pit Bull who was invited to pose for this shoot. When I was asked by Juli Vaughn Designs if Poli could be used on the project I was more than happy to “lend” my girl to such a beautiful shoot. To have PB pick it up and use it, thereby exposing their audience to the sweet side of a Pit Bull – a breed that is all too often only shown in a negative way – fills me with such joy! This dog is my family (along with his feline brother Finnegan) here in Atlanta and when I rescued her from a kill shelter via Animal Action Rescue, I vowed to do what I could to disprove any misconceptions and quell the negative stereotypes so often attached to Pit Bulls.
