Toast Spring with Monique Lhuillier: Pink Grapefruit Lemon Drop

This light and refreshing cocktail is a lovely way to greet guests at your Spring dinner parties.  Its tart but slightly sweet taste is the perfect cocktail for a party since you can have your bar set up with an ice bucket, shaker pitchers of the fruit juices, small bowls of citrus zest and basil and course your favorite vodka!  Take one less thing off your host “to do” list plus it’s a great way to force your guests to congregate outside the kitchen and thus out of your hair during that last-minute scramble that always seems to happen.
